If you choose to stop renting and you're enrolled in a school serviced by Ellman's Music Center, we make it easy to return your instrument. We'll pick the instrument up at your school.

Fill out the form below to notify us you are returning your instrument, and thank you for renting from Ellman's Music Center. We appreciate your business.

Instructions for Returning The Instrument:

Fill out as much information as possible in the form below (*required).
Submit the form, then print the resulting page.
Attach the printed page to the case handle, or otherwise secure it with RETURN TO ELLMAN'S MUSIC CENTER clearly visible.
Hand the instrument to the band/orchestra director at the school attended.
An Ellman's representative will pick the instrument up at the listed school on their next scheduled weekly visit (during the school year).

Please don't leave the instrument in an unattended band and orchestra room.

Disclaimer: Please note that the rental contract does not terminate until the instrument is received back at our store. At that time all charges on the contract will stop. If you return an instrument with a past due balance, any further charges will stop, but the past due balance is valid.
